Robin’s Guest House is an affordable, private, peaceful garden retreat in a quiet residential neighborhood.   There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in this fully furnished home. This is a place where family and friends can gather together in a relaxed and cozy home away from home. 

The beautiful yard and extensive gardens occupy four city lots. The back yard gazebo with a glass top table that seats 6 is perfect for outdoor dining. The brick patio has an outdoor chimenea. A potting shed suitable for dining, a play house for the kids, and a vegetable garden for all to enjoy make Robin's Guest House the perfect place for outdoor entertaining. Both gas and charcoal grills are available.

Sleeps 6-7 There are two bedrooms on the main floor. One has a four poster cherry-wood double bed and the other has a king bed. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. There is an extra twin mattress; a portable baby bed and a safety rail available.

All linens, soaps, cleaning supplies, paper products and standard household items are included, as well as internet, cable and unlimited long distance within the U.S.

Robin’s Guest House is an easy fifteen minute drive to downtown Denver and an even shorter drive to the Zoo, Museum of Science & Nature, and Denver Botanic Gardens. Located in Park Hill just around the corner from Denver's new Stapleton Neighborhood, three blocks east of Quebec off Montview Boulevard. Public transportation is one block away.
